Voltooi die inskrywings deur die volgende stappe te volg:
Laai die toepaslike inskrywingsvorm.
Voltooi die afgelaaide inskrywingsvorm. Let wel:
Volg verder die voorbeeld om jou inskrywings per deelnemer te voltooi.
Verwys na sillabus op ons webtuiste vir meer inligting.
Stoor die voltooide inskrywingsvorms.
Kliek op die Google-vorm heelonder op die blad om u inskrywings in te dien.
Voltooi nou die Google-vorm en heg tot ‘n maksimum van 5 inskrywingsvorms aan die Google-vorm. Indien u meer as 5 inskrywingsvorms het, voltooi nog ‘n Google-vorm.
Kliek op SUBMIT om u inskrywings in te dien.
Nader aan die sluitingsdatum vir die video-voorleggings sal ons die inligting oor hoe om die video’s te laai, kommunikeer.

Complete the downloaded form. Please note:
Please follow the example on each entry form to complete the entries for each participant.
Refer to the syllabus on our website for more information.
Save the completed entry forms.
Submit entries via the Google Form.
Complete the Google form. A maximum of 5 entry forms can be submitted on the Google form. If there are more than 5 entry forms, complete another Google submission form.
Click on SUBMIT to submit your entry forms.
Closer to the time of the video submissions will we communicate on how to load these.
